The luxury apartment is situated in Sari Konaklari complex. The apartment boasts 120 square metres plus three balconies. It also has it's own private garage with automated door and also two stores if needed. It has an enormous communal swimming pool with children's pool as well.
The apartment has an enormous living room, fully-fitted kitchen with balcony ( for dining out in the sun or the sunset ) one double bedroom with en-suite and two twin bedrooms with 1 and a half more bathrooms.
It has top-of-the-range furniture including a computerised safe although it is one of the most secure complexes in Kusadasi.
The apartment is fairly central only 10 minutes walk to the main shops and restaurants but also far enough away for a peaceful holiday

The Aegean Coast region
The Aegean coast of Turkey is amongst the loveliest in the country surrounded by olive groves and pine forests and with some of the finest beaches in the country. Kusadasi, is reputed as one of the most attractive cities of the Aegean, as it is close to the important historical sites including Ephesus, House of the Virgin Mary, Didim,Priene, Miletos.
Kusadasi, one of Turkey's principle holiday resorts, offers an excellent environment for an unforgettable holiday. Situated on the west coast of Turkey- 90km south of Izmir, Kusadasi, is reputed for one of the most attractive city of the Aegean, as it is close to the important historical sites including Ephesus, Didyma, Priene, Miletos.
Kusadasi has a typical Mediterranean climate with hot summers and mild winters, providing a long tourism season and with over 300 days of sunshine annually.

The Kusadasi coastline(1.5 km from the villa) is one continuous ribbon of golden sands for almost 20 miles making the notion of 'crowded beaches' just that - a notion! Towards Kusadasi, Ladies beach is much livlier with many bars & restaurants on the promenade fronting this small golden bay which remains a hive of activity well into the night.
There are 2 local Aquaparks including Aquafantasy, Europes largest Aquapark where, if you wish, you can swim with the Dolphins.
Only 30 minutes (22km's) away is one of the 7 Ancient wonders of the world Epheses. Efes as it is know locally is the site of an ancient civilisation dating back 3000 years & was the Eastern most outpost of the Roman Empire.
This is the most classical of all of Turkeys ancient sites & is a "must see" site. Within a 2 hour drive is another of Turkeys 'Top 5' sites, Pamukkale.

You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment has the benefit of sea views from the front and mountain views from the side.
The front balcony looks directly over the Marina and across he bay to the left and onto where some of the largest cruise ships in the world dock.
The sunsets are magnificent. This luxury apartment is situated in a secure setting with 24 hour security. Only authorised visitors to the estate can enter. The views are fantastic and the pool is in a beautiful setting.
