Golden Sunset is a small development of 31 villas. It has a 2 swimming pools, shop, pool side bar, evening entertainments,
children's play area, site management office, The site also has internet access. This is not only family friendly and safe
but it is also the ideal location for those wanting peace and relaxation. If there are any specific requirements we will be only
happy to assist in meeting your requests. I have employed a professional management company who will deal with your every request
for this property including airport transfers, welcome packs, shopping prior to your arrival, excursions, 24 hour emergency support, etc.

The Aegean coast of Turkey is amongst the loveliest in the country surrounded by olive groves and pine forests and with
some of the finest beaches in the country. Kusadasi, is reputed as one of the most attractive cities of the Aegean, as it is
close to the important historical sites including Ephesus, House of the Virgin Mary, Didim,Priene, Miletos.
Kusadasi, one of Turkey's principle holiday resorts, offers an excellent environment for an unforgettable holiday.
Situated on the west coast of Turkey- 90km south of Izmir, Kusadasi, is reputed for one of the most attractive city of the Aegean,
as it is close to the important historical sites including Ephesus, Didyma, Priene, Miletos.
Kusadasi has a typical Mediterranean
climate with hot summers and mild winters, providing a long tourism season and with over 300 days of sunshine annually.

The Long Beach coastline(1.5 km from the villa) is one continuous ribbon of golden sands
for almost 20 miles making the notion of 'crowded beaches' just that - a notion!
Towards Kusadasi, Ladies beach is much
livlier with many bars & restaurants on the promenade fronting this small golden bay which remains a hive of activity well into the night.
There are 2 local Aquaparks including Aquafantasy, Europes largest Aquapark where, if you wish, you can swim with the Dolphins.
Only 30 minutes (22km's) away is one of the 7 Ancient wonders of the world EPHESES.
Efes as it is know locally is the site of
an ancient civilisation dating back 3000 years & was the Eastern most outpost of the Roman Empire.
This is the most classical of all
of Turkeys ancient site & is a "must see" site.
Within a 2 hour drive is another of Turkeys 'Top 5' sites, Pamukkale.

The Living area is open plan hosting a dining area, kitchen and living area;
3 Bedrooms - 2 double beds and 2 single beds in this property.
One of the bedrooms has an en suite facility.
3 Bathrooms - bathroom upstairs which has been fitted with a jacuzzi bath. A shower and wc located downstairs and an en suite in the

This villa is situated approximately 10 minutes walk from the shops, beach and bars. This development is quite unique as there
will be a caretaker onsite 24/7 who will be both Turkish and English speaking to deal with any queries or furthermore if any problems
may occur there is a management company who will deal with these and any requests you may have.
There are two double bedrooms
and a twin bedroom each with their own balcony. The two double bedrooms share the same balcony which will comprise of a hose connection
and a table and chairs so guests can enjoy the wonderful views overlooking the complex and olive trees. There is a shower room downstairs
for those who want to cool down and wash that sand off their feet.
There is a tv, dvd player provided in the villa.

Located on the west coast of Turkey, Kusadasi, is a gem of the Aegean, situated within easy reach
of superb ancient heritage sites such as Ephesus, but is also ideal for those seeking the excitement of watersports or relaxing times on
the beach. Great food and lively local entertainments at the various bars and restaurants round off the holiday experience.
Kusadasi town centre is 10minutes away from the property by car and there is a shuttle service from the complex.
We have arranged a special rate for our guests with a registered taxi company who are on standby 24 hrs. The local dolmus passes a 10-15 mins walk away.
There is lots to do in the centre, with a range of shops and markets and the beach itself is just 20-30 minutes walk away also.
Eleven's Beach Club , situated on 10,000 m2 of lush, green pine forest in Kusadasi.
It is only 1.5km away from Golden Sunset on the main road to Söke. The Club has its own car parking and a pier, has an easy connection either by main road or seaway from anywhere.
