Situated on the west coast of Turkey- 90km south of Izmir, Kusadasi, is reputed for one of the most attractive city of the Aegean, as it is close to the important historical sites including Ephesus, Didyma, Priene, Miletos.

The Kusadasi Centrum(1 km from the villa) is a 5 minute walk into the many bustling bars, shops & restaurants. There is 2 markets to grab a bargain. Dont forget to barter !
On the outskirts of Kusadasi, Ladies beach is much livlier with many bars & restaurants on the promenade fronting this small golden bay which remains a hive of activity well into the night.
There are 2 local Aquaparks including Aquafantasy, Europes largest Aquapark where, if you wish, you can swim with the Dolphins.
Only 30 minutes (22km's) away is one of the 7 Ancient wonders of the world EPHESES.
Efes as it is know locally is the site of an ancient civilisation dating back 3000 years & was the Eastern most outpost of the Roman Empire.
This is the most classical of all of Turkeys ancient site & is a "must see" site.
Within a 2 hour drive is another of Turkeys 'Top 5' sites, Pamukkale.

Various terraces will make al fresco dining an absolute must. The property is set over four floors with each of the six bedrooms providing comfortable sleeping facilities. The living space is open plan and includes a dining area and kitchen thus making the house extremely sociable.
