Home description
The apartment has three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite, while the second & third bedrooms has two single beds in each room.
There is a separate bathroom with toilet, bath, shower and wash basin.The living area consists of a luxurious comfortable suite with TV & DVD player.
There is also a dining table and six chairs. The balcony is very spacious and has full views of Kusadasi town & the magnificent Aegean Sea.

Kusadasi / Centrum area
The Kusadasi coastline(1.5 km from the villa) is one continuous ribbon of golden sands for almost 20 miles making the notion of 'crowded beaches'
just that - a notion! Towards Kusadasi, Ladies beach is much livlier with many bars & restaurants on the promenade fronting this small golden bay which
remains a hive of activity well into the night.
There are 2 local Aquaparks including Aquafantasy, Europes largest Aquapark where, if you wish,
you can swim with the Dolphins.
Only 30 minutes (22km's) away is one of the 7 Ancient wonders of the world Epheses.
Efes as it is know locally is the site of an ancient civilisation dating back 3000 years & was the Eastern most outpost of the Roman Empire.
This is the most classical of all of Turkeys ancient site & is a "must see" site. Within a 2 hour drive is another of Turkeys 'Top 5' sites,
Pamukkale.
