Luxurious, spacious newly opened duplex penthouse on the fantastic family resort of Scala Nova 2 on the heights overlooking Kusadasi. Spectacular views of the Aegean Sea & the surrounding areas. Only 10 minutes from Ephesus & the many other places of interest.
The apartment has four bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite, while the second & third bedrooms has double beds & two single beds in the other room. There is a separate bathroom with toilet, bath, shower and wash basin.The living area consists of a luxurious comfortable suite with TV & satellite.
There is also a dining table and six chairs. The balcony is very spacious and has full views of the resort & surrounding areas. There is a large private sun terrace on the top for your privacy & relaxation.

The Aegean Coast region

Kusadasi / Centrum area
The Kusadasi coastline(1.5 km from the villa) is one continuous ribbon of golden sands for almost 20 miles making the notion of 'crowded beaches' just that - a notion! Towards Kusadasi, Ladies beach is much livlier with many bars & restaurants on the promenade fronting this small golden bay which remains a hive of activity well into the night.
There are 2 local Aquaparks including Aquafantasy, Europes largest Aquapark where, if you wish, you can swim with the Dolphins.
Only 30 minutes (22km's) away is one of the 7 Ancient wonders of the world Epheses. Efes as it is know locally is the site of an ancient civilisation dating back 3000 years & was the Eastern most outpost of the Roman Empire.
This is the most classical of all of Turkeys ancient sites & is a "must see" site. Within a 2 hour drive is another of Turkeys 'Top 5' sites, Pamukkale.

The kitchen is both modern and well equipped with a oven and hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, all utensils and ample crockery and glassware for six persons.
There is also air conditioning throughout the whole apartment which can be controlled separately for each room. Each bedroom has a balcony with breathtaking views.
Scala Nova 2 is primarily a Non-Smoking Complex. Smoking on the balcony & sun terrace is permitted.
The Rental Management Company are able to provide airport transfers, car hire, Welcome Pack and organise excursions to local attractions from the resort should you require them to.

The Scala Nova 2 Resort is a newly opened complex in 2009 overlooking Kusadasi only 5 minutes drive from the centrum. The resort has its own shop, bar, pools & exclusive Turkish Bath for its guests & residents. There is an English speaking professional taxi operator into the centrum for approx TL10 or £3.60 whom the resort management has specifically allocated. Sunbeds & poolside furniture is of abundance for all to use assuring that coming down early to reserve your bed is unheard of.
