Get a rapid transfer service from your arrival airport, right to your hotel, villa or apartment. We drop direct to your destination rather than a central drop off point. We have chosen a very professional coach & private taxi company and the service is operated by a reputable company who provide fully insured, modern vehicles. The drivers are English speaking, courteous and your comfort & safety is of paramount to them.

Private taxi transfers for 1 to 14 persons. Larger Groups can be accommodated on request.

For the quickest journey to your destination, pre-book your taxi with us to collect you from the airport and return you at the end of your holiday:

 

       Available 24 hours a day 7 days a week

       Prices quoted are per taxi

       Get in the taxi and go - no waiting around for passenger pick-ups and drop-offs

       Taxies carry a maximum of four passengers (infants are counted as passengers too)

       Child and booster seats are not available in taxies (you may bring your own)

       Larger Groups can be accommodated on request.

 

Arrange your Resort Transfer when you book your flight.

 

Eastern Promise will arrange your transfers when you book your flights to the destination.

Simply fill in the Client Transfer Details Form & we will do the rest. Once booked you will receive a Transfer voucher and booking confirmation from Eastern Promise within 5 working days.

You need to Confirm your return pick up time and location 48 hours before your return flight to the transfer company. (The phone number for the transfer company will be on Transfer voucher)

 Payment for the transfers can be paid on arrival at your resort with the following currencies  - £ (GBP), € (Eu) , Turkish Lira (TL)

Making alterations to your booking
If you need to amend your transfer you can do this by contacting Eastern Promise & also the transfer company. The contact number will be on your voucher.

Once you have done this you will be sent a confirmation email  and we will send you an email advising of the change . Your booking reference for the transfer will remain the same

Eastern Promise will forward you a new voucher within 4 working days.

Please note: Amendment  fees will apply for any changes you make to your transfer booking and any increase in cost will be applied. Our normal cancellation policy applies.

 

If your flight times change or the flight is delayed?
If there is a flight change it is your responsibility to contact our transfer partners, (the contact number will be on your voucher) to amend your transfer. They will send you an email confirming any changes and you should receive a new voucher within 4 working days. Your booking reference for the transfer will remain the same.

If your flight is delayed the driver will be informed and will wait.   

On Arrival at the Airport.

Your driver will be waiting for you at the Arrival Doors with a nameplate for the booking name. In the unlikely event of not identifying your driver please call the Transfer Company contact number on your voucher.
